Bringing Better Football to the community 

Better Football is on a mission to make the sport you love even better. Whether you’re after a friendly kick-around or a highly competitive game, Better Football has something for you. 

What started in 2017 as an experiment with a few friendly teams, has grown into an offering of 7-a-side and 11-a-side football for over 2,000 people every year all around Wellington. We offer Men’s, Women’s, Mixed and Masters leagues.

Our team are all passionate about football themselves and all of our team members contribute towards Better Football while balancing professional careers. Maintaining a professional environment on and off the pitch is important to us, and this includes treating our referees with respect.
